First of all, amazing setup you got there. i have some queries, though. let me list them
1. what graphics card do you use?
2. how are the displays connected to the graphics card?
3.what are the specs of your pc?
I am also trying to piece together a rig for used avid and fcpx. bumped into yours while doing my research.

Hey Jason thats a cool set up man :) i was just wondering what brand are those screens and if they like 21 inch :) i have 3 samsum but wanna upgrade :) . Really awesome set up man
