You should use Teleport, It lets you use a single mouse and keyboard to control several Macs:
http://abyssoft.com/software/teleport/
So what exactly is the point of having 3 different computers? Why not have 3 screens?
You can try synergy, a program that allow you to control all pcs with one mouse and one keyboard, more confortable i think
